 Before class please watch the video and answer the questions How do you rate this talk? How do you feel about the grade "not yet"? Do you have: a growth mindset, a fixed mindset or both depending on the situation?  Are we raising children who do not have big dreams?  Should we praise the process, the achievement or both? Can we change student's mindsets? Can equality in society be improved by changing student's mindsets to a growth mindset Prepare an anecdote about a time when a growth mindset helped you or a time when a fixed mindset hindered you.
