  4. The title of this lesson is "can you picture it", what does it mean?
  5. Do you think images are used to the fullest extent in your academic field? Why or why not?
Before class please prepare a presentation about something from your academic field. It should be aimed at people who are not in your academic discipline. You need to bring one image to help you give the talk. IT MUST NOT BE a graph or table. The picture can be something you have drawn; a photograph you have taken; something from the internet or anything else.
